Reservation
Appointments are strongly suggested for all services. We welcome same day reservations based upon availability.

We do our best to accommodate. However, in order to ensure quality services, please arrive on time for your appointment. Any late arrivals may result in a less comprehensive treatment.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us as much time as possible, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required or full payment will be charged.

Small Group booking requires a fifty percent credit card deposit; cancellation must be made 72 hours prior in order to receive a refund.

Spa Parties require payment in full thirty days prior to the party. No changes or cancellations are allowed within three weeks of the event.

Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards – Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

We do not accept checks.

Gratuity
Our prices do not include gratuity.

Gratuity is at your own discretion.

Spa treatments are a service business the customary gratuity is between 18% and 20% of the cost of treatment.
A 20% gratuity will be added to any group/spa party of four or more guests.
Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate and all services rendered are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, we will go above and beyond to satisfy your treatment request if it is of equal value.

At Miriana Day Spa our Gift Cards never expire!

Spa Coupons and Spa Specials
Miriana Day Spa coupons and or specials can only be redeemed within the specified time printed on the coupon.

Spa Coupons and Spa Specials cannot be combined for the same service.

Minors
We encourage children and young adults that come for a treatment to be at least 16 years of age.

Personal Property
Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home. Please try to bring only what you need. We are not responsible for any lost items.
